RCST is the one and the only fully residential and ISO-9001 : 2000 certified +2 Science college in the state of Orissa committed to quality education and total personality development of the students. The College is located in the heart of the city in a sprawling complex with 3 ½ acres of land (plinth area of the building being 20000 sq.ft.), RCST has spacious class rooms with audio-visual aids, well-equipped laboratories, an excellent library with reading room, a modern dinning hall, an administrative block, hostels and staff quarters, a mini departmental store, adequate parking space - all in one complex. Facilities are also available for games and sports (both indoor and outdoor), computers and internet.
